PuzzlePal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1What we collect

Your email address and a password when you create an account. The password is stored only as a scrambled code — nobody, including us, can read it.

The photos you take: puzzle box artwork and pictures of puzzle pieces. These are saved to your account so the app can show you where each piece belongs.

The questions you type into the Puzzle Pal question box, along with the answers.

2What we don't collect

We never ask for your name, phone number, address, or location.

We don't access your photo library — only the photos you take inside the app.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone.

3How your photos are used

Photos you scan are sent to an AI service so it can read the puzzle box and work out where each piece goes. They are used only to answer your request and are not used to train AI models.

Your puzzles, pieces, and chats are visible only to you. This rule is enforced by the database itself, not just by the app screen.

4Advertising

The website version of PuzzlePal shows ads provided by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to decide which ads to show you. You can read Google's own privacy policy for details, and you can turn off personalised ads in your Google account settings.

5Deleting your data

You can delete individual puzzles and pieces from inside the app at any time.

To delete your whole account and everything attached to it, email puzzlepalapp@gmail.com and we will remove it completely.
