Tell me the puzzle name and piece count, and what you've already tried. If you can, describe the piece — colour, shape, anything printed on it — and I'll do my best to point you at a spot.

A photo that won't scan, a puzzle that won't save, a piece that lands in the wrong row? Say which phone or browser you're on and what you saw. I read every one of these and fix what I can.
Your account or your photos
Want your account and everything attached to it removed? Ask here and it gets done. No forms, no waiting list, no reason needed.
An idea for the app
If there's something that would make puzzling easier at your table, I want to hear it. Most of what PuzzlePal does started as someone saying "wouldn't it be nice if…".
